Email updates
We only send email updates to people who have actively opted in. We will never add you to a mailing list simply because you got in touch through the contact form.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or by emailing admin@fayedominey.co.uk. Withdrawing your consent does not affect anything we sent before you withdrew it.

Who we share your data with
We use a small number of third party providers to run this website and our email communications. Each of them processes data on our instructions only.

– Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). Email platform. Used to store contacts who have opted in and to send email updates.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Where your data is held
Brevo is based in France, within the European Economic Area, which the UK recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection.

Our hosting provider may process data outside the UK and the EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the provider’s certification under an approved data transfer framework.

– Contact enquiries: 24 months from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted.
– Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe, or after 24 months of no engagement with our emails.
– Server logs: for the period set by our hosting provider, typically no more than 12 months.
